RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN: 

We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of original shipping date.

Refund will be processed once received and inspected at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment

When returning item(s) for a refund, a $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

When returning item(s) for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived and credit will be applied once product has been delivered and inspected at our offices

Follow the steps given at the portal to request your return or exchange. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package to expedite the refund process. Once your return/exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

ININI reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear

 

Any products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned

 

Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
